Can I take a Self Guided Tour even when the Office is closed?
Yes, you can take a Self Guided Tour of your favorite apartment daily from 6:00am – 8:00pm, even on Holidays!
What parking options are available at this community?
The Retreat at Kedron Village offers free surface lot parking, detached garages for lease and attached garages in select apartments.
I shop online quite often! How do I get my packages at this community?
Don’t worry – we have Touch-Free SMARTPACKAGE Lockers that will store your packages until you are ready to pick them up, any time, 24/7.
Where can my guests park when visiting the community?
We have open parking that is available to anyone. We just ask that you do not park in the reserved parking spots or handicap spots if you do not have a permit.
What are your community’s pool hours?

Do residents need a pool pass to use the pool?
Yes we have them in the office and they are given out at move in.
What are your fitness center hours?
24 Hour access, they would use the door located to the left side of the leasing office.
Are there any amenities that require reservations?
None, they are first come first served.
Are pool parties/gatherings allowed?
No residents are permitted two guests per apartment and they must be accompanied by an adult lease holder.
Where is the Compactor located?
When you enter the community from the main entrance you will take the first left and the compactor is located on the left.
Are there specific hours for Move-In and Move-Out?
Typically we try and do them between 11:00 am- 4:00 pm however we will be flexible during normal business hours.
Where are the grills and what type are they?
3 gas grills located on the pool deck behind the office.
What are the Cable TV/Wi-Fi provider speed and phone number?

Who are the water and/or electricity provider and how can I contact them for service setup?
Water is billed back to the resident and the Electric needs to be set up at Coweta Fayette EMC 770-502-0226
What are the top community amenities?
Yes we have our pet spa the “Kedron Pawlor” located on the left side of the leasing office no code required to enter. Also we have access to the golf cart paths in our community. Peachtree City is a golfcart community that has over 100 miles of golfcart paths that take you anywhere in the city you want to go.
When is trash pickup?
Valet Trash pickup runs every Sunday through Thursday. Please place your Valet Living trash can outside your door by 7 PM with a 13-gallon trash bag tied up inside the can. Anyl boxes need to be broken down Please remember to bring your trash can back inside by 9 AM the next day.
Where is the dog park?
Our Dog Park is located behind our leasing office, directly behind the pool deck. Simply follow the sidewalk located on the right side of the leasing office, and you will end at the entrance of the dog park.
